One person found unconsciousness and unresponsive after a car crash on I-93 south in Medford early Sunday morning, according to Massachusetts State Police.
Around 5:50 a.m., state troopers responded to a crash on the highway in which one person was ejected from the vehicle, Massachusetts State Police said in an email. Three people were taken to Massachusetts General Hospital following the crash.
Collision and crime scene detectives are investigating the crash. No further information has been released.
