Payable is the best way to accept PayPal, Stripe, and Square payments in Google Forms – here’s how

Google Forms is one of the easiest ways to collect data from customers and users, but it goes so far beyond that. Did you know Payable’s Google Forms extension adds secure payment options to your forms? It’s a complete game-changer.

Google Forms isn’t exactly extensive, but the simplicity makes it such an easy tool to work with. Since launching in 2008, Google Forms has become a go-to tool for making digital forms, and over a billion questions have been asked in Forms. Business owners, professionals, artists, and more can create forms in minutes to meet their needs with little to no experience.

One thing it lacks on its own, though, is a way to take payment.

Payable solves that problem using Google Workspace Marketplace. The Payable add-on works with Google Forms – something you’re probably already using. It’s part of Payable’s larger payment platform, but the Google Forms extensions work by implementing a proven payment platform into a simple form builder.

Payable’s Google Form extension solves the lack of payment selections by integrating options that are safe and familiar. That includes trusted finance options for customers:

  • PayPal
  • Stripe
  • Square
  • Rapyd
  • Razorpay

How to sign up

To get started, head to the Payable Form extension in Google Workspace Marketplace. Tap or click Install and follow the steps to sign in. Once the extension has been added, you can find it during Google Forms creation in the Add-ons tab. Click Payable forms and hit Make this form payable.

As an extra protection, commitment to security is backed by the company’s official partnership with Google, PayPal, Stripe, and Square. Those filling out forms will see totals based on their selected choices, between specialized options, quantities, and add-ons selected. After hitting “submit,” users will get a breakdown of their selections and will be able to check out with ease.

After all is said and done, that payment data gets sent to Google Sheets, just like data collected from Google Forms. This makes the workflow between using Payable and Google Forms smooth, allowing form creators to see all of the information they need at a glance.

Payable Inc.’s add-on for Google Forms has over 463,000 installs and over 160 reviews. It really is a perfect solution for those who need access to a payment platform through a tool that’s well-known and easy to use, like school administrators, club and event organizers, and even small business owners.

The Payable extension is available on the Google Workspace Marketplace. For more information, be sure to check out Payable’s official how-to on getting started.
